Camille Flanjak (Cam)

Camille Flanjak (Cam) has been interested in wild food since eating lamb's quarter's as 'wild spinach' and mixing 'sourgrass' with grated cheddar cheese when she was just a toddler. She has been running MuseumEats as a Wild Foods Educator for 3 years. To enrich her understandings of wild harvest and sustainability, she studies permaculture, wildcrafting, and viticulture. Cam also works in farm to table restaurants serving and supplying wildcrafted food.

 

Her certifications include: Permaculture Design Certificate (Gaiacraft), Wildcrafting Certificate (Wildcraft Forest, Lumby BC), Clown levels 1,2,3 (Fantastic Space Enterprises), WSET Level 2, Emergency First Aid, FoodSafe, ServingItRight, and a BA in Critical Theory and Critical Studies in Sexuality (UBC).
